Tom's specialty is in customer-focused web content analysis, user interface design and internet marketing. Tom has delivered papers at web content conferences in New Zealand and Australia. It is the primary focus of his role as an internet marketing manager for the last five years. Tom also has an extensive experience with website design and construction, implementing web accessibility standards, legal issues of rights and access in regards the web.
Tom holds a Masters degree in English Literature. He has worked in pre-press, technical support, packaging development and installing fiberglass insulation.
In his spare time he plays the saxophone in a band and climbs small mountains with his son. His fondest dream is to have the opportunity to return to bowels of the earth where he is most at peace.
